All made even more impressive as John got a hip replacement 18 months ago, He has rebuilt himself better than ever through discipline and dedication! 👏

Nutritional intake was key here, a deficit that maximised fat loss,supported the building of muscle, and Enough Energy to function through the work week!👌

John recently transitioned to 2 Circuits classes per week( as any 1 who has been these are high intensity and full on🤣)and 1 PT session where we Just focus on Resistance training maximising muscle growth!
Its rinse and repest now, committing each week to put himself in the environment that gets the best out of himself!🤝💪

When you have a young family and a busy job and goals to hit, you need to be time savvy!

And this is what we focused on!⬇️

6am sessions where we focused on Quality reps and progressed weekly with intensity to hit targets!📈

Systems put in place for meal prep to hit calorie, protein targets!✅️

No week will be perfect and waiting for the perfect moment is just waisting time!!put a structured plan together with a disciplined approach and get stuck in!💪

Young Mackeys main reason to signing up was to improve fitness and build some new healthy habits!

-Fitness and Mindset of Different Man✅️
-Muscle Mass up 1.8kg💪
-Body Fat down 5.4 kg 🔥

Old Habits no exercise routine or good nutritional intake which led to No fitness no strenght no energy) The adjustment to 80% better nutrional intake commiting to 3 gym sessions per week led to fitness energy and strenght of a different Man.📈

We Put the 3rd session to a Sunday, this brought a bit of structure,so instead of a big session 🍻every weekend and feeling the effects for a few days after 💩..it was a gym session the difference in your mind set going into the next week will be night and day!

I'm all for everything in moderation but if you have something in you life that's holding you back from getting after your goals or being a better version of yourself,it might be time to have a rethink and change up a few things to strike the right balance of enjoying life but moving forward with your goals aswel, time waits for no one.

Just 14 Weeks Mick has put in unbelievable work,

Over the last 3 and half months there has been lots of work and social events,but we set weekly targets with Nutrition,training and recovery to be hit,this takes discipline and Mick has done this exceptional well!👏

This change has greatly benefited Mick on the football field as well as feeling lighter on the feet and more explosive!✅️

I'm looking forward to the next few months🤝

All done with small manageable changes

- calories tracked and adjusted when Needed too
(Protein,fibre target,carb intake timing around workouts to get the best out of them)

- introduction to resistance training ,correct technique,lifts progressed weekly muscle mass put on

- New mindset and understanding around nutrional intake and the right metrics to track progress✅️

The busy work and family life was the same for john over the last 10 weeks, we just put new managable changes in place and did them very well and consistently!

Check the amazing progress from my client Liz!💪

When liz started life was hectic with a young family, a busy job, and all the other stressors that life brings on a daily basis . To this day, all the above is still the same if not busier!😅

So we made realistic and sustainable changes that were going to help liz reach her goals!

We focused on nailing the basics and tracking the right metrics!

▪︎ More awareness of calories coming in

▪︎ More protein coming in (quality protein with a good protein to calorie ratio)

▪︎ Resistance training (we have seen an increase in muscle mass through progressing lifts weekly & protein targets been hit)💪

▪︎ Weekly sessions at 🥊

All this has seen a drop in dress sizes,increase in energy fitness and overall health,confidence up,better stress management utilizing exercise✅️

There will be many ups and downs each week , the all or nothing mentality towards reaching your goals is not viable..make a conscious effort to implement changes,control the controllables, and enjoy the journey👊💪
