Urth Pilates Pilates Studio Ruth has been teaching Pilates for 20 years. She is a licensed Pilates for Buff Bones instructor.

A dancer and choreographer she was drawn to Pilates initially to improve her dancing, and studied privately with Kelly Kane. She received certification to teach on the equipment from the Kane School under the tutelage of Kelly Kane, and before that, received matwork certification through Physical-Mind, also under the tutelage of Kelly. Ruth left her busy practice in NYC to set up shop in Galway wh

en she moved there with her family in 2006. Ruth teaches mat classes and can be booked for one to one sessions on the reformer or for special workshops. Ruth's classes are accessible to all learning styles and abilities.

Sugar, marbled black/brown tabby and white female cat missing from Ashthorn Ave/Gort na Fuinse, Headford since November 9th approx. 2.5 years old, neutered. **Callout for Dance Lovers!**

Hello, everyone! We're still looking for dance enthusiasts to participate in one of our projects.

You don't need to be an experienced dancer- NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!
Just a willingness to come and explore movement in a slightly new way...

The group will be working to create a short dance piece for performances at Headford Community Orchard during the Something in the Water weekend this October! And we'll be using everyday movement to develop the piece...

We would love it if you would dive into a novel creative experience with us!

The Small print: The 5 weekly workshops run on Saturdays, 26/08, 2/09, 16/09, 23/09 and 30/09 and are limited!

We need you! And all of this fun is free!
