At Headford Wellbeing Centre our main aim is to create a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere where you can partake in one of our wide range of classes to suit both men and women from Pilates to strong physical Yoga and Hot Yoga to Yoga for Sports (Men Only), or more gentle Yoga, Meditation and Pregnancy Yoga. Alternatively why not treat yourself to one of our many therapies which include Reiki and Seichem Healing and Shamanic Healing.
