Labour doesn’t always go to plan.

You may choose not to have an epidural. You may arrive at the hospital already beyond the stage where an epidural can be given.

Or sometimes an epidural may not provide complete relief and can work better on one side than the other.

Learning how to breathe effectively during pregnancy gives you a practical tool you can rely on throughout labour.

This week at French Vanoli Reformer Pilates

This week’s class focused on exercises designed to strengthen postural muscles, improve spinal alignment and support better movement patterns throughout the body.

Through controlled Reformer Pilates movements, we worked on:
• core stability
• shoulder and neck alignment
• glute and pelvic support
• posture awareness and body control

Correct movement creates a stronger, more balanced body — helping reduce unnecessary strain and tension over time. ✨
