I initially approached Evan after tearing my cruciate in 2020 and gym work was always something I hated and struggled with. After a few weeks I could already see the difference and have been a regular ever since! The accountability Mary, Evan and Derek bring to your fitness programme is huge and the sessions fly by with an always positive friendly atmosphere within the gym. There's nice space to get on with your own workout without having to wait on equipment/machines (a pain point in a lotta gyms!!) with great coaching along the way if you're unsure of an exercise. They take the fear outta going to the gym! Highly recommend!
