Most of us were never taught what body image actually is. 💛
We were just told to feel better about ourselves. To be more confident. To stop being so hard on ourselves.
But no one explained why it's so hard or what's actually going on underneath.
Here's what we know: body image isn't about how you look. It's a psychological state made up of how you see yourself, what you think, what you feel, and what you do because of those feelings.
And it can change- hourly, daily, depending on your sleep, your cycle, your stress, a single scroll through social media.
That's not weakness. That's just how it works.
