Get obsessed with weighing the foods on your plan, and not yourself! Go crazy about drinking your water and making sure you hit your step target, have you had enough protein today? Obsess here!
Not with the scales which can change in 30 mins, let alone 24hrs!
Here’s what the scales doesn’t know;
If you’re; stressed, sick, sunburnt, low on sleep, constipated, what stage of your menstrual cycle you’re at, did you eat late last night? Did you have a stool movement recently? Was your last meal high in carbs/salt? Have you doms (muscle soreness)
Then list is endless!
The scales knows none of this about you, and you’re going to let this be the only metric of your day/week?
