Ovaj humanitarni izazov pokrećem kako bismo zajedno prikupili sredstva za senzorički centar Udruge CeDePe i njihove štićenike, djecu i mlade s cerebralnom paralizom.

Moj uspon bit će uspješan samo ako iza njega ostane stvarna promjena.

Zato vas pozivam da se uključite, podržite kampanju i pomognete nam unaprijediti uvjete koji će toj djeci i mladima omogućiti bolju terapiju, bolju komunikaciju i bolju kvalitetu života.

Napravimo zajedno ovaj svijet barem malo boljim

With my barefoot ascent of Triglav, I am taking the hardest steps for those who cannot take even one.

I am launching this humanitarian challenge to help raise funds for the sensory centre of the CeDePe Association and its beneficiaries — children and young people with cerebral palsy.

But this ascent will only truly matter if it leaves behind real change.

That is why I invite you to get involved, support the campaign, and help us create better conditions for these children and young people — better therapy, better communication, and a better quality of life.

Let’s make this world at least a little better. Together.

Nakon mjeseci bosonogih treninga po brdima i planinama diljem Hrvatske, vrijeme je da prvi put jasno kažem zašto to radim.

U prvoj polovici srpnja penjem se bos na Triglav u sklopu humanitarnog projekta kojim prikupljamo sredstva za Udrugu CeDePe i opremanje njihovog senzoričkog centra.

Udruga radi s djecom i mladima s cerebralnom paralizom, a oprema u senzoričkom centru značajno će pomoći voditeljima i terapeutima da unaprijede komunikaciju, rad i svakodnevnu podršku svojim korisnicima.

Detalji kampanje bit će uskoro objavljeni.

Do tada vas pozivam da pratite moje daljnje treninge, pripreme i usponeCeDe i da, kada kampanja krene, pomognete ostvarenju ovog plemenitog cilja.

Važna napomena: ovo je izuzetno težak, zahtjevan i opasan pothvat. On nije nastao preko noći, nego je rezultat gotovo 30 godina predanog rada, treninga i iskustva u visoko zahtjevnim i visokostresnim okruženjima.

Nikome ne preporučujem da se upušta u slične izazove bez vrlo visoke razine psihofizičke pripreme, ozbiljnog iskustva, stručne procjene i potpunog razumijevanja rizika.

I’m a big fan of her work and have learned a great deal from her over the years. What stands out most is how methodical, knowledgeable, and practical her approach is, while still being accessible to anyone, regardless of previous experience.
Thank you, Susanna, for an outstanding lecture and for your ongoing mission to elevate physical and mental health through the power of contrast therapy. You are a true inspiration.

U subotu 21.03. u 8:00 vodim radionicu cold plungea gdje učimo kako ojačati živčani sustav, razviti otpornost na stres i ostati mirni u izazovu.

Giving a keynote at a congress is always an honor, but there are rare events where the level of thinking, openness and organization align in a way that creates real and lasting impact.
That was exactly my experience at BestStay 2026 in Zagreb, where the quality of speakers, the engagement of the guests and the professionalism of the entire team set a standard.

Thank you to everyone who openly shared ideas, experiences and honest stories. I entered the event to contribute, but I left enriched by the depth of conversations and perspectives exchanged. That reciprocity is what transforms a conference into a true high-performance environment.

, thank you for your precise and thoughtful feedback on my presentation. Conversations like ours sharpen clarity, refine delivery and raise the bar for what comes next. Growth at this level is never accidental but rather built through dialogue and honest reflection.

I am especially grateful for the new collaborations that emerged. When leaders recognize that nervous system regulation is not a trend but the foundation of sustainable performance, the work naturally shifts from inspiration to structured implementation. That is where real change begins.

I won’t lie — I was scared sh*tless. Zero experience. Maximum pressure. But my method held.

What is neuroplasticity — and why does it matter for performance?

Neuroplasticity is the brain’s ability to adapt, reorganize, and build new neural pathways through experience. In practice, it helps your nervous system process new information, coordinate movement, handle stress, and perform efficiently — even in environments you’ve never faced before.

Since the beginning of my career in physical culture, I’ve always been drawn to stepping outside my comfort zone — exposing myself to unfamiliar environments that trigger heightened physiological and psychological stress. That’s where real adaptation happens. That’s where the nervous system learns the fastest.

A few weeks ago, I joined my son’s Parkour group under an amazing coach

Parkour is the art of moving through obstacles in the most efficient, controlled, and fluid way, and it challenges your entire neuromuscular system.
After just five sessions, Valentino threw me into the fire: Croatian Championship.
Two things became obvious immediately:
• I had zero experience with these obstacles.
• I was competing against 15 trained athletes half my age.
Heart racing, palms sweating — a full stress response.
But I leaned on the same techniques I teach every day: down-regulating the nervous system, stabilizing breathing, sharpening focus, and staying present.
And even though the top athletes smoked me — I finished 6th.

This is exactly why I live what I teach.
Not to avoid stress, but to train the body and brain to perform at a high level when stress hits.

That feeling — the moment you overcome yourself — is one of the greatest feelings a human can experience.

I call it persistence, dedication, resilience, and drive - the DNA of a winner.

‘Come on man, why don’t you take a break? You wouldn’t lose anything by skipping one training.’
‘You’re right. I wouldn’t lose muscle, strength, or technique.
But I’d lose something far more important — the edge. The chance to test my limits, to raise my pain threshold, to sharpen self-mastery.'
