Your Child’s Time To Rise ⭐

📅 逢星期四 5:00–7:00pm
📍 訓練地點：沙田或大埔區場地（實際地點確認後另行通知）
🎯 對象：U8、U10

✅ 報名要求：
　　• 具備至少一年籃球訓練經驗
　　• 每星期最少兩天訓練（不論是校隊訓練或本學會課堂）
　　• 願意接受指導（Coachable），肯聽肯學
　　• 具備基本上籃動作（Layup）

【精英班承諾】
✅ 學校訓練大多以團隊配合、備戰校際比賽為主，個人技術往往被忽略——PrimeTime精英班專注提升球員的個人技術，與校隊訓練互相配合、相輔相成
✅ 每兩個月安排實戰比賽，讓球員將個人技術實際應用於賽場
✅ 小班制精英陣容，教練資源集中，因材施教
