💔 Breaks my heart that this would be a consideration when wanting to start Pilates classes. Pilates should fix your body, not break it.

Where has the last 5 months gone! 2026 Pilates round up so far;
🔹 our first ever sound bath event with ✨
🔹 1:1 with ALL the props
🔹 the Hundred in the wild photo sent by a dedicated client 🙌🤣
🔹 ‘s last day with us & farewell meal
🔹 the only trend that should matter 😜
🔹 teachers always improving their knowledge to better assist our clients

Messages that absolutely make my day!

This client had hurt her back & was concerned about coming to her regular mat class on Monday evening. There were progressions on offer &, through controlled movement, she completed the whole class & this morning her back feels great 🙌✨

I never take it for granted that people (& the loveliest people at that) choose to carve out time & come to Pilates classes with me ✨
I appreciate it more than words can explain & get home (even if it’s 9pm after starting teaching at 9am) SOOO happy after a day of teaching 🤍 (which in turn makes Mr Smith’s life much happier 🤣)
