Wythall Tennis Club Whether you’re a complete beginner or the next Wimbledon winner, Wythall Tennis club offers a friendly and fun place to play.

Wythall Tennis Club is based in the grounds of The Wythall Community Association in Silver Street, Wythall. We have 4 artificial grass courts devoted entirely to members, available for club nights and for tournaments. Three of our courts are floodlit and tennis takes place all throughout the year. We hold club nights on Tuesday/Friday evenings and a social session on Sunday afternoons, as well as

a ladies only club night on Thursday evenings. Members are also free to use the floodlights at any other time at no charge. We also supply free balls as part of your subscription! Our membership is made up of junior, intermediate and senior players. Juniors have priority on the courts at certain times and coaching is available on Saturday mornings and Monday/Wednesday evenings. Additionally, we have adult coaching nights and junior club nights too. The club presently competes in the Birmingham and Worcester leagues, alongside a strong social tennis calendar throughout the year which includes Club Championships, American Tournaments in the summer, and Doubles Tournaments within the winter. On club nights ‘fixed fours’ are forbidden and waiting members are invited to play after the completion of an on-going set. Doubles takes priority over singles, with mixed doubles also being encouraged. Every effort is made to make new members at home and feel part of the club from the very beginning.

🍓🍓On Sunday 26 July we held our first Pimm’s and Strawberries Charity Tournament for all our ladies members. 🍓🍓

It was a great turn out and proved to be a very competitive tournament.

Congratulations to the finalists Jo and Patti Vs Sue and Jen. It was a very close match with Sue and Jen clinching the title.

We raised £121 for Wythall Animal Sanctuary and we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who generously donated.

It was a wonderful atmosphere and a great social event afterwards. Thank you to everyone for making it such a success. 🙏

Day one of Summer Camp 🎾🌞

We could not have asked for a better start. Today was packed with high energy, new friendships, and non-stop laughter.
