Sam is a competitive swimmer and joined CP with one clear goal – ‘get faster in the pool’.

His parents placed trust in us, as we coach his grandparents and they saw the superb results youths at CP achieved.

Sam’s continued to gain power, speed and set new personal bests, as his strength has soured – this year shaving 40secs off his 200m time.

Last year Michael was training with us to resolve an Achilies Tendon Rupture and prior back pain...

So when he said he wanted to take on this fantastic challenge, we were keen to lean on our expertise and be ready to adapt his training accordingly.

Roxy came to us having had years of significant, daily back pain.

Following a recommendation, she started for the first time, doing bespoke, coached strength training with us.

Since, she has achieved fantastic results in her strength throughout her body...
