** SOLD OUT ** Booking for my next afternoon retreat is now open. I cannot wait to host my Rooted retreat at this stunning venue. Our afternoon will consist of a gentle flow, seasonal meditation, tea and snack break, a restorative yoga flow and a yoga nidra. My aim for these retreats is always the same, to guide you to rest where you can take a pause and just be whilst being surrounded by nature. Outdoor Yoga in Homefield Park.

This will be a gentle yoga flow, with movement, breathwork and a chance to soak up the sounds of nature with lots of chill to finish the class.

It's relaxed, friendly, and suitable for everyone whether you're completely new to yoga or have been practising for years.

Bring your mat or towel, a bottle of water, and come enjoy an hour to yourself.

You will be treated to meditation, breathwork, gentle flow yoga, delicious tea and homemade snacks, a restorative flow ending with a beautiful yoga nidra all with the stunning South Downs as our backdrop.

Last call for tomorrow mini yoga retreat.

Perfect if you’re feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated and need some space to relax.

The afternoon will begin with a meditation then move into a slow flow before breaking for tea, snacks and journaling. After this we head into a restorative flow and then a delicious yoga nidra.

No experience necessary, just a willingness to sloooooow down 🙏🏻
