Worthing StarTrack is a week long athletics camp for new and experienced athletes alike. Including many of the Sussex Athletics Squad Coaching team, Worthing StarTrack will allow all involved to develop their strengths within athletics as well as support their other sporting interests. The week will be fun, focused and end with our ‘Mini-Olympics’ competition allowing athletes to perform as both individuals and as part of a team. As a special treat, British 400m Hurdles Champion and 2016 Olympian, Seb Rodger will be popping down to answer questions and deliver a sprints and hurdles masterclass!*

*TBC Subject to competitive commitments around this time of year.

21st August - 25th August

Time:
10:00 - 15:00 - athletes please do not arrive before 09:45.

Lunch
All athletes are required to bring a packed lunch.

Ages
8yrs - 14 years (this has been increased from 12 years at the request of one of our coaches - please let me know if this is a problem)
Exceptions will be considered at Paul McKeown’s discretion
