Long post alert 🚨 When people ask about SB Pro Coaching, the answer is always the same. I want to provide a safe space for women to work out in a team environment that you don’t get in a gym. I want to provide something that 20 years ago, wasn’t an option for young women to even consider! It’s not just a place to work out, it’s to network and support one another. It’s not even about the football, it’s about the bond. Each week we learn new skills, but we also get a space to not be mums, wives and anything in between. We get to be a little bit unhinged, say what we want and switch off!
