I know this sounds dramatic but this studio has changed who I am. It has built my confidence and my friendships. It has taught me the beauty of community and the power of being in a room, week in week out with like-minded people honouring their bodies. Yes, I have been teaching yoga classes here every single week for over 5 years (minus Covid!) but there’s something intangible that I get from this space.

My incredible students always show up with a smile on their face (even when I know some days have likely been tough) and they leave with a visible softness from their self commitment practice. And every week I am humbled by their efforts and giggles (when it all goes funky!).

I am sending a powerful energetic gratitude to everyone who has ever stepped foot in the studio with me, and a warm welcome to those who are yet to.

This journey continues on. In kindness and authenticity for being a group of humans that enjoy wellness. Watch this space for more offerings from me Michelle Willett.thrive at the truly remarkable .water.studios 💛

WOW….My 5th year has been an epic one….thank you .water.studios 🙏🏻

Every year it just keeps getting better. Maybe it’s coz I love it or maybe it’s coz the vibe at SW studios attracts the kind of people I would chose to spend time with outside of class. Who knows….i’m just happy! Thank you to every single soul that stepped into my offerings in 2023.

My classes and retreats have shifted who I am and I have gained new Friendships and strengthened existing ones.

I am stoked to hop into 2024 with you all 🤸
