Apex Motocross practice track is a 1200m track including tabletops, step-ups,
drop offs, whoops and a hill, to challenge the most expert motocross riders,
while being safe enough for improvers. Chestnut paling fence encloses many areas for increased
safety. We are constantly grading and refining the motocross circuit to be safer
and yet more challenging.

As you can imagine, over the numerous years we have been operating the track here at Apex Motocross we have had many of the World’s best motocross riders pass through our gates. Riders like Jeffery Herlings who are acknowledged as literally superstars within the relatively small bubble that is our sport. However, a few weeks ago we were honoured to have had F1 racing driver Liam Lawson turned up to ride a private hire which in itself was impressive, but to have a call to say that he enjoyed his day so much that he wanted to come back to ride our track again was something else. So, on Monday we hosted Liam for his return visit. An absolute privilege for sure. A genuinely nice, down to Earth lad enjoying a chance to break away from the spotlight that F1 inevitably puts him constantly under. Luckily this time we were able to get our resident photographer over to do a photoshoot of the day and provide plenty of images to add to our hall of fame.

We were very fortunate again to have F1 Driver Lawson’s presence again at the track for a bit of training and chill time, with a few of his crew, Liam’s here in the UK to get some work done in the simulator this week before F1 Grand prix
