We're back!!!

Training Thursdays 6.30-7.30pm at WRFC pitches (Between top and bottom ones)

Wednesday evenings were 7-8pm for ladies training on Cummings pitches
All welcome.

Our pre season sessions have been fantastic, learning skills from the Men teams and Yoga in the summer evenings.
Ladies, you're more than welcome to join us as we prepare for training to resume- Thursday evenings (moving to Tuesdays post heat!)
