Registration:
Juniors (under 16) - 9.30am (First fight 10am)
Adults 11am

Fighters who are late, we will have to move your fight back to a later time or cancel if we think you are not attending. Please arrive on time.

Muay Thai, K1 & Boxing Bouts

Fighters £15 Spectators £10

Cash preferred.

Busy day for the gym across two competitions🏆

Alex fought at the Roar Championship in Harrow and came away with the championship belt! He fought once today & dealt with an awkward aggressive opponent but kept composed throughout and got the second round stoppage to take the belt in his category 🔥

Another belt, more ring experience, well done - keep going 🥊👏

Down in Bournemouth, Adam Barker and Miroslav competed at the Bournemouth Open. Adam fought his way to the gi final before a controversial DQ denied him gold — silver, but he knows what he did. 💪 Miroslav on his debut, bumped up a weight class and facing a blue belt in nogi — came away with silvers in both. Solid.🏅

🥊 Thursday Boxing

Solid work from everyone tonight.

Our amateur boxing sessions held at STMA Wokingham are still relatively new, but we’re steadily building and growing week by week. We’re already seeing great potential in several boxers who are training consistently, showing real commitment, and looking to progress towards becoming carded and competing in England Boxing events.

WBA Amateur Boxing Sessions:
• Tuesdays – 8pm
• Thursdays – 7pm

Huge congratulations to our fighter Alex Pickup on winning the Sandee WTKA Intercontinental Open today in Barnsley — and coming away with another belt 🏆

Alex had two tough fights against two very strong opponents. He took the first by stoppage and showed real skill, composure and determination throughout the day.

This result now qualifies him for the WTKA World Games in Thailand in 2027 🇹🇭

There was a really high standard throughout the event, with some exceptional junior talent on display. It’s a great platform for young fighters to gain experience and showcase their skills.

Big thanks to Peter Spensley and the whole team for putting on another fantastic event.

And respect to all opponents for stepping into the ring and sharing it with us 👊🏻

Our 15 year old Muay Thai fighter Alex Pickup got the win on Victory Fights 8 in Brighton on Saturday 🏆

Repping our gym at STMA HQ Wokingham he faced a strong opponent from We Are Warriors Muay Thai and won by unanimous decision 🔥

Alex has trained with us since he was 8 years old as a complete beginner and has built progress through consistent regular training, showing up to the extra training sessions we do to prepare for competitions, building up ring experience through interclubs & sparring and has now had 8 decision fights and won 7 of them.

On to the next competition in a couple of weeks at the open in Barnsley 🏆
