Come join us for 45 Minutes of Fun and Fitness.
My Dance fitness class is specially designed for Bollywood music lovers. It's a mix of Zumba style exercises with a spice of Indian Bollywood music and moves

Classes give us time to de-stress, get rid of any anxiety we feel and also help us stay fit. 45 minutes of COMPLETE PEACE away from phones, work and stresses of family life...Bliss!

My aim is to provide classes where women can feel safe, grow confidence & have a laugh in a non-judgy environment whilst getting fit at the same time ❤️
