A massive congratulations to Joe and Kenny for doing themselves proud and putting our club on the map!

This was our first time entering a box cub, and over the 3 days, we’ve learned so much to pave the way for the next generation of boxers.

Kenny’s Journey:
Entered with 3 bouts as the less experienced boxer in his category.
Quarterfinals: Won against a more experienced opponent.
Semifinals: Faced the East Midlands champion.
1st round was closely contested.
2nd round: Kenny knocked down his opponent with a powerful overhand.
Despite a strong comeback by his opponent in the 3rd, Kenny showed incredible grit and determination.
His opponent went on to win the box cub by stopping his opponent in the 1st round highlighting Kenny’s impressive performance.

Joe’s Victory:
Fought in the finals against a tall, aggressive southpaw.
The bout was high-energy with a few head clashes.
Joe’s brilliant screw shot led to a standing count for his opponent.
Joe emerged victorious, winning the final bout!

We’re so proud of both boxers, but now it’s time for them to rest reset and ready to go again for the national development championships

Thankyou to The Fort Boxing Club and Dan Bailey for bringing his boxers over for sparring this evening. Was a class watch, would have payed to watch that.

Hi Team,

Due to the weather warning forecasting 32 degrees on bank holiday Monday, May 25th, we've decided to cancel the club activities scheduled ages 7-13 and the boxing conditioning workout.
