Prime Defence Prime Warrior (7-13yrs) classes are no longer running. Thank you to all the parents and students that have attended in the past.
14yrs + and adults are still running every Thursday 7:30-8:30pm 💥🥊

Great night last night with my brother for The Great Tommy Sleepout, as veterans ourselves this is a cause that means a lot to us. Morning all, me and my brother Mike are taking part in The Great Tommy Sleep Out on the 15th March in support of homeless veterans.
If you’re in a position to donate we’d really appreciate it, no matter how small it may be.
As veterans ourselves, this is a really important cause to us and no veteran should be sleeping on the streets.
