Ah now sure what can we say it's Irish Masters weekend again. We have two stepping up to represent Shinken Shobu Ryu.

We have 2nd Kyu Martin Fearon and our battle tested Master of Mayhem 6th Dan Paul Mc Conville.

Everyone at the club has been working hard to prepare the guys for this tough test and we know they will do us proud!

Worth a read for everyone starting or returning to school!

IMPORTANT Over the next few days proud parents will be posting back to school photos📸❤️

But here’s what most don’t realise: that adorable / proud photo can quietly reveal your child’s school, age, and even your home address, to total strangers.

A schoolbag tag. A street sign. A school crest in the background. It doesn’t take much.

Before you post this year, here’s how to celebrate the moment without handing over sensitive information
