𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗧 ⁣

Who run the world? GIRLS. In particular, our girls. Two categories; Two 1st place podiums. “Podium, everywhere we go”. Well done Mia, Ellen, Maz and Amanda. Winning cash basically making them pro athletes. Quit the day job, you’re on the roster. ⁣

This week’s Sunday shoutout has been in the training space for a long time, before joining us she was a Spartan Race and OG Pick It Up, Put It Down winner. She is super consistent with her fitness and is growing her confidence within CrossFit movements all the time. She loves a long story and don’t get me started on her pizza of choice. (Ask her, and I’m 100% sure you’ll agree with me). She also has the only pictures of me with hair. That’s how far back we go 🫠⁣

we love having you apart of our community, keep putting in the effort, I’m sure there is more to come from you. Looking forward to seeing you get back into competing and pushing yourself further. ⁣

Year after year, this incredible young lady shows up, puts in the work, and refuses to settle. Her dedication to her training and nutrition is something else, a true testament to what hard work and consistency can achieve.⁣

None of this happens without the right people in your corner. A special mention to for her programming and for her nutrition coaching. It truly takes a village. ⁣

𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗧⁣

It’s been a testing week of workouts …we kicked it off digging deep & showing our respects in Murph ; then from there if it wasn’t the WODs that tested us it was the heat // the community continued to show up - took their hydration seriously & put in the work. ⁣

Since FFH introduced the 4.30 classes this new time took a while to pick up - roll onto now & i get to coach familiar faces that love this slightly earlier time. ⁣

I’ve seen a real change in confidence & ability for this weeks SSO - this person hit triple figures on her deadlift recently moving 100kg with great form & this week after loading 25kg on the barbell - took the courage to push for 30kg for the power sn**ch element. She is really starting to believe in her athletic ability - building strength both physically & mentally through achievement. I’m excited to see where her continued consistency takes her….So high five Holly; you are a dream to coach, you listen to cues & move beautifully - keep being you girlie 🙌🔥💪 ⁣

𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗧⁣

Happy Sunday everyone!⁣

This week’s shoutout goes to someone who’s been quietly putting in the work, and I mean that in the best possible way.⁣

There’s something really special about watching someone take ownership of their own progress. Not just showing up to class and going through the motions, but actually investing in themselves outside of it too. Using open gym to practice movements. Getting their nutrition dialled in. Showing up consistently week after week and not just in the gym, but out on the road with run club too.⁣

That kind of commitment doesn’t always make the highlight reel, but it’s exactly what separates people who improve from people who plateau. The unglamorous, consistent, deliberate work that’s where the real progress lives.⁣

This week’s Sunday Shoutout is Beanie. It’s been brilliant watching you take your training into your own hands and approach it with such intention. The results will keep coming because you’re doing all the right things to make sure they do. Keep going!⁣

𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗢𝗡𝗚 𝗪𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗡 𝗔𝗥𝗘 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗧 𝗛𝗘𝗥𝗘⁣

Not one, not two, but THREE of our incredible young women stepped onto the competition floor for the CrossFit Games Semifinals, an achievement that deserves to be celebrated.⁣

We couldn’t be more proud of you all.⁣

Getting to this stage takes so much more than talent. It takes relentless hard work, consistency, discipline, resilience, and the determination to keep showing up day after day, even when it’s tough. These girls have earned every bit of this opportunity through their commitment and the standards they’ve set for themselves.⁣

Strong women are built here. And these three are proof of that. 🖤⁣

This Bank Holiday Monday (25th May), we’ll be taking on Murph.

Make sure to book your slot on WodBoard.

Murph is one of CrossFit’s most recognised Hero workouts, a chance to honour the fallen, challenge yourself, and be part of something bigger alongside our incredible community.

There’s no single “right” way to approach this workout. The key is finding a pace and structure that works for you and keeps you moving throughout.

Whether you’re going RX, partitioning the reps, scaling movements, or simply showing up to soak up the atmosphere, every version of Murph counts.

This session is completely scalable and open to everyone.

Kettle & Belle will also be open throughout the morning, so grab a coffee, support your fellow members, and enjoy the atmosphere.

𝗦𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗦𝗛𝗢𝗨𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗧⁣

Another busy week of renovations at the gym and coffee shop. Lots of paint, dust, wet floors and plenty of jobs still to tick off, but we are getting closer and closer to reopening the coffee shop and we genuinely cannot wait for everyone to see it finished.⁣

Training wise, it has been a proper sweaty week. From long grindy conditioning pieces, plenty of floor press and toes to bars, through to a heavy strength day where we built to a heavy 1RM Deadlift. A really good mix of movements, intensity and variation across the week.⁣

This week’s Sunday Shoutout came to mind watching someone battle their way through a workout whilst also being a dad at the same time. Making the session fun by using their little one as the weight at points.⁣

This week’s shoutout goes to Tom Crook.⁣

Tom is probably one of the most humble and genuine people you could meet. Always relaxed, always approachable and always gets on with it.⁣

However, seeing Tom step back onto the competition floor recently showed a different side too. Real grit, competitiveness and talent.⁣

Over the last few months, Tom has really stepped his training up. Pushing harder in workouts, lifting heavier, moving with more intent and challenging himself to get the most out of every single session.⁣

It has been brilliant to watch and it is fully deserved.⁣

Keep up the great work Tom.⁣
