At Hailsham Boxing Club, we're about far more than boxing.

Every day, we see young people walk through our doors lacking confidence, struggling with challenges, or simply looking for somewhere they belong. Through hard work, discipline, encouragement, and support, we watch them grow into confident, respectful, and resilient individuals.

Our club is built around the community. We provide a safe and positive environment where children and young people can learn new skills, make friends, improve their physical and mental wellbeing, and develop the confidence to achieve their goals both inside and outside the gym.

The progress we see isn't measured just by medals and victories. It's measured by the shy child finding their voice, the young person making better choices, and the confidence gained through overcoming challenges and believing in themselves.

We are incredibly proud of every member who walks through our doors and gives their best effort. Together, we're building stronger individuals and a stronger community.

📢 A Message to All Members & Parents

At Hailsham Boxing Club, we are proud to provide a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Our coaches dedicate their time and energy to helping children and adults develop confidence, discipline, fitness, and boxing skills.

However, we need to make something clear.
We are a boxing club, not a babysitting service.
Recently, unsupervised children and disruptive behaviour have been affecting training sessions, taking coaches away from their responsibilities, impacting other members' training, and creating unnecessary safety concerns.

Our sessions are designed for those who are here to train, learn, and improve. Every member deserves the opportunity to do so without disruption.

We would also like to remind all parents and guardians that every child attending the club must be registered through our website and have an active monthly membership set up. This helps us ensure we have the correct details, emergency contacts, and insurance requirements in place, while also supporting the running of the club and its programmes.

Going forward, we ask all parents and guardians to:
✅ Ensure children are appropriately supervised where required.
✅ Ensure children behave respectfully within the club environment.
✅ Register their child through our website.
✅ Have an active monthly membership in place.
✅ Respect coaches, volunteers, and fellow members.
Any behaviour that disrupts sessions or compromises safety will no longer be tolerated.

This is not about excluding anyone — quite the opposite. We want Hailsham Boxing Club to remain a place where everyone can enjoy their training in a focused, respectful, and safe atmosphere.

We appreciate the support of the vast majority of our members and parents who already help us maintain these standards.
