We're delighted to offer even more opportunities to join our growing Pilates community with our new classes led by the wonderful Katerina:

✨ Saturday – 10:30am
These classes join our popular Tuesday evening Mat Pilates session, giving you even more flexibility to fit movement and self-care into your week.
As always, our classes are kept small with no more than 8 participants, ensuring you receive plenty of guidance, support and encouragement from your instructor.
