Friendly reminder: PLEASE bring plenty of water to sessions! Training outdoors in this heat hits differently and staying hydrated is non-negotiable. We’ll keep the workouts fun, challenging and manageable in the temperatures, but you need to do your part too:

There’s something special about showing up, pushing ourselves and doing it alongside an incredible group of people.

‘𝘿𝙤𝙣'𝙩 𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙣 𝙩𝙖𝙡𝙠 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙚'.😂😂😂😂😂

Translation: 10/10 session. Would suffer again.

They showed up expecting ‘a workout’ and left realising they had 𝙬𝙖𝙮 𝙢𝙤𝙧𝙚 in the tank than they thought! Pushing further, digging deeper and arriving at that moment where the mind says ‘I’m done’ but the body (and your tribe!) say ‘one more’… and somehow you get through it!

This is what happens at Bootcamp —
