My 21 Day Fitness Reset is designed for normal people who want to feel fitter, stronger and more consistent going into summer.

Over the 21 days you’ll get unlimited access to all group sessions, with support and coaching from me at Paul Winton Fitness.

The sessions are outdoors, welcoming, and built around encouragement and motivation.
You will be part of a community who want you to do well.

One of the best things about coaching outdoor group sessions is seeing what happens when people stay consistent.

Since joining in February, Dan has:
