Its getting HOT in here 🔥🥵💪 sweat was dripping off me!
Following on from my Wednesday post, here I am after my Wednesday night class. It wasn't too hot at 31°c but it was definitely a sweaty one. I planned a dumbbell vs cardio HIIT class. These ladies had the joy of cooling down in the water but they worked really hard 💪
