Well that’s the end of the 2026 season and Josh’s first outing into F1. His first open race saw really close exciting racing between Jake and Josh. Unfortunately Saturday came to a close with Jake having a big accident in the 2nd open race. Not the greatest weekend coming home with 3 broken craft and 1 broken Jake. Thank you to everyone that took care of Jake onsite especially New England medical team and everyone else sending their best wishes. A massive thank you has to go to and for helping to get all the vehicles home we couldn’t have done it without you. Hopefully Jake will be released in the next 24 hours so he can go home. .t__40

Sit back as Adam catches up with Jake and Josh after an unforgettable World Championship weekend, talking through the highs, the setbacks and everything it took to get there. Behind every race was a family giving absolutely everything. From day one, mechanical gremlins hit all three hovercraft, leaving Rob and Marie working flat out behind the scenes. Long days became longer nights, but giving up was never on the cards. Jake’s first season in Formula1 has been exceptional, racing against the very best in the world with maturity and determination. Even in the final race, finishing on just two cylinders, he dug deep and secured an incredible second place overall in the F1 World Championship. For Josh, it was a different kind of fight. Racing in both Formula 2 and Formula S, he took heavy knocks, dealt with damaged machinery and endless mechanical problems. When he realized his own championship hopes had slipped away, he made the selfless decision to step back on the final day and help focus the team’s efforts on keeping Jake in the title fight. Results only tell part of the story. What stood out most was a family refusing to be beaten.
