🥜So that’s me, and my journey, in a nutshell.
A teacher who accidentally found another classroom.
A woman who didn’t consider herself particularly strong or sporty growing up and often doubted herself.
A mum who knows that the juggle is real and finding time to exercise (and friends, hobbies, homework, housework) isn’t always straightforward.
🧘🏻♀️And someone who found Pilates at a time when I really needed it.
Pilates39 has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. Some women have been with me from the very start. ☺️
It’s not about being the fittest person in the room. It’s not about perfection (I was rubbish at pilates when I first started).
🤍My vibe is to help women (and the handful of men I teach) feel stronger, move well and with confidence, and find something that works alongside everything else life throws at them.
And yes, there will probably be a pilates prop or dumbbell involved. 😂
If you’re new around here, hi 👋🏼 I love my job and am passionate about movement and creating exercise sessions (using pilates and weights) to help keep us strong, balanced and a little bit sane 🤪
