Pilates will always be part of what I teach 🤎
Not because it’s trendy.
Not because it’s “easy”.
But because it teaches the foundations that support everything else we do.
Strength training is incredible for building muscle, confidence and resilience.
Then Pilates brings the control, awareness, mobility and stability that helps us move well within that strength.
It helps us slow things down enough to:
✨ connect to our core
✨ improve posture and alignment
✨ build strength with control
✨ support our joints and mobility
✨ feel stronger in everyday life — not just workouts.
And for so many women, especially busy mums juggling all the things, that mind-body connection can be just as important as the physical benefits.
You don’t have to choose between Pilates and strength. The combination is where the magic really happens 🤎
