A postnatal yoga class for mums and their babies. I offer a class for early postnatal as well as one for when your little ones get moving.

Active class: Monday 9:45 at Sutton Coldfield Methodist Church starting back on Monday 1st June - Monday 13th July 7 classes for £70 for block booking, class pass £50 for 5 classes (valid for 1 year), £12 for an individual class.

Monday non-active class: Monday 11:15 at Sutton Coldfield Methodist Church starting back on Monday 1st June - Monday 13th July 7 classes for £70

Tuesday non-active class: Tuesday 10:30at Mini Me, Sutton Coldfield starting back on Tuesday 2nd June - Tuesday 14th July £70

Wednesday Prenatal Yoga: Wednesday 18:30 at Chester road Baptist Church classes Wednesday 3rd June and 24th June - Wednesday 8th July (NO CLASSES 10th and 17th June). Block book for £40, pre book individual class for £12, or purchase a 5 class pass for £50 (valid for 1 year).

Wednesday Postnatal Mum only Yoga:Wednesday 19:45 at Chester road Baptist Church classes Wednesday 3rd June and 24th June - Wednesday 8th July (NO CLASSES 10th and 17th June). Block book for £40, pre book individual class for £12, or purchase a 5 class pass for £50 (valid for 1 year).

Mini Retreat Pre and Postnatal: Wednesday 15th July 18:45 - 20:45 Yoga and Energy Reset with myself and Stavrini from HEAL by Stavrini. £25 including yoga, Energy Reset and refreshments.

Mini Retreat **BOOKINGS OPEN**

Join myself and for a lovely evening of yoga, a guided facial and relaxation.

I’ll lead a calming, gentle yoga flow suitable for pre and postnatal. This will be followed by tea and goodies before transitioning back to the mat for a gorgeous, guided bedtime facial with Katrina. Cleanse the day away, boost your glow and deeply hydrate your skin. We will end our evening with a gentle wind down and relaxation so you leave ready to hop straight into bed.

My next block starts w/c 13th April if you’d like to take some time for you.

I offer prenatal classes on a Wednesday Evening, perfect to keep moving during pregnancy. I include postures that are good for comfort, encouraging baby into the optimal foetal position and for labour. We end with some breath work and a lovely relaxation.

I also offer a range of postnatal classes. They all focus on stretching those muscles prone to tension and aches from holding and feeding as well as rebuilding your core and pelvic floor. My daytime classes are for you to attend with your little one and I have classes for mums with younger babies (who are not active yet), classes for mums with babies on the go (crawling or walking) and evening classes just for you. I gently build the yoga up each week as well as offering options so you can tweak the class depending on where your recovery is and just how exhausted you are (we all know postnatal recovery is a bit up and down). My evening classes also include a lovely relaxation to finish.

My non-active classes are block book and I have spaces available in my Tuesday class at 10:30 in , this block is 6 weeks long so £60

My other classes can be block booked, you can book a class pass (£50 for 5 classes valid for 1 year) or pre booked individual classes for £12 each.

I provide mats and blocks as well as scarves/rattles/toys in my daytime classes.

Acceptance | Yoga, Hypnotherapy & Sound Bath | The Art of Wellness | 10:00 - 16:00 | £110 | 7 spaces available

A whole day for you to really reconnect to yourself and acknowledge how you feel since finding out your pregnant / having a baby. It is definitely not an overstatement to say this really is a life changing event. One that really shows how possible it is to hold to opposing feelings at the same time. Complete love, excitement and happiness alongside grieving a loss of identity, overwhelm and anxiety. Matrescence, as we say, really does change us in every possible way and, whilst the end result can bring real contentment and acceptence of who we really are, the journey there is often a real challenge. Going through such a range of emotions whilst being sleep deprived, overwhelmed and lost is not easy. This whole day will be a lovely mix of opening up about the challenges, gaining practical tips on how to help manage these moments and reconnecting with yourself as well as switching off, relaxing and blowing the cobwebs away. Why Retreats?

I had these gorgeous photos taken recently by to show what to expect when you attend one of my retreats. I really want this to be a time for you to switch off and stop worrying about others and let me take care of you! It is so important we take the time to look after ourselves. My retreats range from a couple of hours to a full day and I mix up who I collaborate with so there is a real choice. Whether that’s deep relaxation with and her energy resets, releasing you inner creative goddess with @ daisy (coming in May - BOOK NOW) or taking time to really notice how the transition to motherhood has impacted you and how you can support yourself during those, inevitable, moments of overwhelm (coming in July with watch this space!).

I absolutely LOVE hosting these events! Time in the company of awesome women who really GET IT! Trying something new and caring for our mind, body and soul! What could be better!

BOOK NOW! I have joined with to host a Mini Retreat in Boldmere, bringing yoga and nutrition together. Meg will be covering top tips for nutrition through pregnancy, including eating through the trimesters and how best to fuel your body. The workshop will also delve into post-partum nutrition, clearing up any myths you may have heard and teaching you how to nourish your body properly at this time.

Our yoga session will be calming and gentle, suitable for both pre and postnatal and we will round the day off with a relaxation, a lovely balance of information and taking time out for you.

This session is just for the grown ups so you can really take some time for you to switch off.
