emmas_pilates_ 1 to 1 Mat based Pilates classes in your own home or by Zoom, tailored to suit your individuality! I trained with Future Fit training school endorsed by REP's.

I have a VCTC Level 3 Diploma in Instructing Mat Based Pilates. I am able to teach Basic, Intermediate and advanced pilates covering all of the 34 exercises (with small equipment). I have also studied Pilates for common orthopaedic conditions such as osteoporosis, arthritis, back pain, shoulder issues such as impingement, tendonitis, frozen shoulders, tennis elbow, golfers elbow, sciatica and meni

scal tears. I have completed my level 3 in Designing Physical Activity Programmes for Antenatal and postnatal clients. Covering Childhood nutrition and obesity prevention I am able to advise on dietary requirements for children up to 16 years. I am fully insured to teach in your own home, by zoom or in an outdoor setting 1 to 1.
