Huge, huge congratulations to ๐‹๐ข๐š๐ฆ, who has successfully completed the incredible ๐๐จ๐› ๐†๐ซ๐š๐ก๐š๐ฆ ๐‘๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐ข๐ง ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ‘ ๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฌ, alongside his good friend and fellow runner ๐๐ก๐ข๐ฅ! ๐Ÿ‘

For anyone who doesnโ€™t know, the Bob Graham is one of the ultimate fell-running challenges โ€” a ๐Ÿ”๐Ÿ”-๐ฆ๐ข๐ฅ๐ž ๐œ๐ข๐ซ๐œ๐ฎ๐ข๐ญ ๐ญ๐š๐ค๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ข๐ง ๐Ÿ’๐Ÿ ๐‹๐š๐ค๐ž ๐ƒ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ซ๐ข๐œ๐ญ ๐ฉ๐ž๐š๐ค๐ฌ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐š๐ซ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐Ÿ๐Ÿ•,๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ๐Ÿ๐ญ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐š๐ฌ๐œ๐ž๐ง๐ญ, all completed within 24 hours.

To battle your way around all those fells and still make it back inside the 24-hour cut-off is an absolutely ๐ฆ๐จ๐ง๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐š๐ฅ ๐š๐œ๐ก๐ข๐ž๐ฏ๐ž๐ฆ๐ž๐ง๐ญ. And Liam now becomes just the ๐Ÿ“๐ญ๐ก ๐’๐ญ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ซ to complete this epic journey! ๐Ÿ†

A fantastic local trail race organised by Trail Outlaws , taking runners along the stunning coastline from ๐๐จ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ ๐๐จ๐ข๐ง๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐‡๐š๐ฐ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ซ๐ง ๐ƒ๐ž๐ง๐ž, before a tough return along the beach and the final challenge of a ๐ฌ๐ญ๐ž๐ž๐ฉ ๐œ๐ฅ๐ข๐ฆ๐› ๐ญ๐จ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐Ÿ๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ฌ๐ก! ๐Ÿ’ช

A busy one tonight with ๐ญ๐ก๐ซ๐ž๐ž ๐๐ข๐Ÿ๐Ÿ๐ž๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ญ ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ taking place across the club! ๐Ÿ’ช

Our usual ๐๐ž๐š๐œ๐จ๐ง ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐‹๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ club night had a bit of a twist, with runners from across all the packs coming together for a ๐ฐ๐ก๐จ๐ฅ๐ž ๐œ๐ฅ๐ฎ๐› ๐ฌ๐ž๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง down on the riverside. It was fantastic to see so many Strollers out together enjoying the evening, catching up, and sharing the miles.

Meanwhile, ๐‚ ๐ฉ๐š๐œ๐ค were down at the ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐œ๐ค putting in some speedy laps, while a dedicated group headed to the hills and fields of Silksworth to start their ๐œ๐ซ๐จ๐ฌ๐ฌ ๐œ๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ญ๐ซ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐ , getting some valuable practice ahead of the upcoming XC season. ๐ŸŒณ

Whether it was a social run, speed work or hill training, there really was something for everyone tonight. Great to see so many Strollers out enjoying their running! ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿค

We had three teams flying the flag at the ๐†๐จ๐ฌ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ๐ญ๐ก ๐’๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ฆ๐ž๐ซ ๐‘๐ž๐ฅ๐š๐ฒ๐ฌ, more Strollers at the ๐’๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐’๐ก๐ข๐ž๐ฅ๐๐ฌ ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ ๐Œ๐ข๐ฅ๐ž๐ซ, and a special shoutout to ๐€๐ง๐๐ฒ, who finished an impressive 3rd in his age category at the ๐ƒ๐š๐ซ๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ญ๐จ๐ง ๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐Š! ๐Ÿฅ‰ (He must have been too fast for the photographer, so no race photo this time! ๐Ÿ˜„)

A great turnout from the Strollers at tonightโ€™s ๐’๐ฎ๐ง๐๐ž๐ซ๐ฅ๐š๐ง๐ ๐‡๐š๐ซ๐ซ๐ข๐ž๐ซ๐ฌ ๐Ÿ“๐Š, with runners of all abilities taking on the fast, flat course.

The route was perfect for quick times, but the ๐ก๐จ๐ญ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐ก๐ฎ๐ฆ๐ข๐ conditions certainly had other ideas, making it a tough evening for racing! ๐ŸŒก๏ธ๐Ÿ’ฆ
