Reformer Pilates FAQs ✨

Thought about trying Reformer Pilates but have a few questions? 🩷

Here are just a few questions we get asked:

✨ What is the maximum class size?

We have 8 Reformers in the studio. This allows for our instructors to go around the room and support everyone.

✨ How is Reformer Pilates different from Mat Pilates?

Mat Pilates uses body weight on the floor, while Reformer Pilates adds spring resistance allowing for more support or greater challenge depending on the exercise.

✨ How long is a class?

Our classes run for 50 minutes. We advise to try and arrive 5-10 minutes before the class starts.

✨ Can beginners & advanced clients train together?

Yes, spring resistance & exercise variations can be adjusted individually, making mixed-level classes very common.

✨ How do I sign up to a session?

Go to the link in our bio to register an account. Once you’ve done that go to your App Store and download the ClubRight app. Then you’re all set!
