Karate For All (KFA) teaches Shukokai Karate in Stourbridge, Dudley and Birmingham in the West Midlands, UK. The classes are run by Sensei Paul Action and Sensei Phil Whyte and teach all aspects of Karate, from impact work and self defence to kata and competition training.
