🥋 Big news for our Junior BJJ Team! 🥋

Our kids’ classes have been growing fast so from this week, we’re splitting the Juniors into two age groups to make sure everyone gets the best training:

✨ Junior Team (ages 4–8) – playful, energetic classes with a focus on movement, fun, and the foundations of Jiu-Jitsu.
💥 Youth Team (ages 8+) – more structured sessions where we build skills, confidence, and teamwork on the mats.

We’re so proud of how quickly the team has grown, and this change means every child gets the attention, support, and challenge they need.
