Fitters!!! it is almost the last session! 😔 Monday 9.15am until i'm done with you 🤣 (we aim to do all the pillars which i predict will take 90 mins max but totally understand if people need to leave at the standard time of 10am)

Each session is 45 mins and costs £45 per month but you can get the first two weeks completely free to see if it's the right fit for you.

Mondays – 9.15am
Tuesdays – 7.15pm
