We help normal people who’ve always struggled to stay consistent finally enjoy training, find their routine, and get results- all in a friendly, non-intimidating gym where you’ll feel comfortable, supported, and part of something. Here at Staines Fitbox we do things a little differently to other gyms, our main concept is training our clients in small groups where there will be no more than 3 clien

ts to 1 trainer at any time. Not only does it benefit you physically, it means financially the prices can become more affordable. You may be worried that the group might consist of people of mixed abilities, different goals etc. Sometimes this may be the case, however, our trainers are experienced in small group training and will always give you a workout which is as effective as 1-1 training and take you one step closer to your goal. Counting calories creates awareness and accuracy.

You don’t have to track forever – just long enough to understand portions and habits.

Small group PT with a 1-1 touch 🙌🏻

That’s what’s unique about us.

You’ll get a lot of places that claim their group training set up is “personalised”

But the reality is..

❌ The groups are big and you get lost in the crowd

❌ Your technique isn’t being properly watched

❌ You’re doing a workout because that’s what the rest of the group are doing, not because it’s what you need.

❌ You’ll finish your session and get minimal support outside the gym.

That’s not personal training, that’s a class.

We do things differently.

We keep the groups small and personalised, so that we can give each person full focus, watch closely and make sure every exercise is appropriate for them.

Your workouts will always be built around your individual goals, areas on your body you want to focus on and based on your exact ability level for where you are in your journey.

You have regular 1-1 communication outside of the gym, monitoring your progress, making adjustments and ensuring you’re continually progressing 📈

It’s a unique way of doing things, something we’ve been working on perfecting over the past 11+ years.

And being totally honest, it’s harder for us as trainers as it takes way more focus, energy and multitasking, but it’s brilliant for the member and that’s the whole point.

December catches people out more than they realise.

More food. More drinks. More plans. Less routine.

It’s the month where most people drift… and then spend January trying to undo it all.

But doing nothing for the whole month is what makes January so painful.

Even 2–3 sessions a week keeps your fitness ticking over, burns off loads of the extra calories, and stops that “reset” feeling in the New Year.

We don’t push extreme diets in December.

We actually encourage our members to enjoy themselves.. meals out, drinks, Christmas parties, all of it.

Because when you stay consistent with your training, you don’t undo your progress.

You maintain.

And lots of people still make progress.

Start now, so you don’t start over in January.
