Zumbatomic Fitness Classes with Paula Bader Zumba® for children is finally here! It's called Zumbatomic® 'Big Starz' specially designed for children under 13 years of age.

Zumbatomic classes are high-energy, fun, dance fitness classes packed with specially choreographed routines and the latest music, like hip-hop, reggaeton, cumbia, salsa and pop. The class is on Saturday from 11:30am - 12:15pm at Spelthorne Leisure Centre, Knowle Green, Staines, TW18 1AJ. Price: £4 per class, pay as you go. The goal of Zumbatomic is to develop a healthy lifestyle, and to incorporat

e fitness as a natural part of children’s lives, not just as a class they attend once a week. While exercise is indeed a very import element of childhood development, Zumbatomic also considers other factors of the child’s development: leadership, respect, teamwork, pride, confidence, responsibility, coordination, balance, discipline, memory and creativity. There's also plenty of games, smiles and laughter along the way!
