First Friday of the month is always Deep Tissue Pilates Masterclass day - and we’ve just released our next date! 😍

Bring on all the muscle relief!!! 🙌

In Deep Tissue Pilates, we take the benefits of a regular Pilates class a step further, by working deep into the muscles to get even better results!!

By using a foam roller and spiky massage balls we can work deeper into the areas that hold the most tension in our bodies. When we work deeper into our muscles we release the fascia, which helps our muscles return to optimum length. It's a fantastic release of tension!

Our next 4-weekly booking block for our K Fit classes starts from Monday 15th June, you can hop onto our booking system and reserve your class spaces right now!

Please note - in this block there is no Power Pilates on Tuesday 16th June, all other classes are running. Apologies for any inconvenience caused!

A little Zumba update for you!

Due to busy work commitments, our lovely Rhia will be stepping away from the Monday Zumba cover, and our fabulous Gaelle will be stepping in to cover until I return. Rhia will continue to take the Thursday Zumba class until I return.

Over the next few weeks there will be a ‘phasing in/out’ period where Rhia and Gaelle will co-teach the Monday Zumba classes (apart from 18.5 as Gaelle is away), and then Gaelle will take over fully. This is to allow Gaelle enough time to learn another full set of tracks for you so that you still have a variety of dances in your classes.

A huge thank you to Rhia for all her help in the Monday class over the last 3 months despite her busy schedule! And a huge thank you to Gaelle for enthusiastically taking over the class and learning more routines!!

And just a side note from me: I miss your faces so much and can’t wait to shimmy with you all again soon ###

Here’s why we think you should try Bootcamp - and our summer course starts in just a couple of weeks!

☀️ Studies have shown you build muscle more efficiently in the morning
☀️ When you exercise first thing, better intentions are carried out through your day - including better food habits and tackling the To Do List!
☀️ Getting your workout done first thing means it cannot interfere with the rest of your day - have you ever said you’re going to a class in the evening, and then something happens and you don’t go??
☀️ If you are ALWAYS on the go, or have a high pressured job, it’s an extremely mindful way to start your day. 😌
☀️ You’re more likely to be more active all day long, as your energy levels were given a boost first thing!
☀️ Studies have shown that early morning exercise can help lower blood pressure more than exercising later in the day.
☀️ You’ll sleep better that night (I can definitely vouch for that!)
☀️ We work in partners and the atmosphere of the class is SO friendly and inviting
☀️ You get some beeeautiful scenes first thing in the morning 😍

I feel like I can conquer the world by 7am on Bootcamp days 😁 remember this one Bootcampers and do not ignore your alarms! 😆

🌟 Our June/July Daytime Pilates courses from our beautiful K Fit Studio are almost full! 🌟

We believe Pilates practice is one of the best services you can give your body. 😌 Using a mixture of mobility, strength and stretch exercises, our Pilates classes are designed to ease aches and pains, improve your strength and control, and ultimately take care of your body. Pilates is also highly recommended by doctors and physiotherapists to those who suffer with back pain, and we have seen many clients thrive as they become pain-free with regular Pilates practice. 😍

All our daytime classes run with the school terms, with the next courses starting after the May Half Term.

Get ready Early Morning Team - we are excited to get allll that lovely kit out and exercise with you! 😁

This is our specially devised Bootcamp circuit course designed to challenge your fitness levels, tone up big time and get you ready for summer!! You can expect cardio drills, strength and conditioning, partner work, loads of equipment and bucketfuls of sweat!!

The park is also beeeautiful at this time of morning 😍 and we pretty much have the whole park to ourselves! 🙌🏼
