How long to see results? ⬇️
Unrealistic expectations can hold you back! Being unrealistic about the process and how long it will take ends in disappointment and often, people give up
So, how long should it take to see some results?
In the first 1-4 weeks you will see the first and probably most drastic changes in body weight (make sure you weigh the same time every time. Preferably the morning before breakfast) ☕️
In weeks 4-10 you can expect to see some changes in your measurements. Some areas will shrink faster then others! 📏
In weeks 6-12 you will see a noticeable change in the mirror. You may see this almost all the way along but here is where you will really see a big difference. Tip: make sure you are in the same lighting and same clothing 🪞
The worst thing you can do is expect it all in 4 weeks and then give up when you don't achieve it
