Still thinking about joining a class, but feeling nervous?

We all started somewhere, even me. My place was as far back in the corner of the room that I could get! It’s completely OK to feel nervous, but I promise as soon as you get on that trampoline and start bouncing, that feeling will subside!

As the sun begins to set, the lights are off, and those disco lights are out. Party season is officially underway at Rebound Fit - St Neots.

If you’re not sure of what you might need…. Swipe to see

💦 Water to hydrate during the class

Towel if you want to wipe the sweat away

🦵🏼 Workout shorts or leggings (Not loose joggers or wide leg trousers as they can get caught in the springs)

👙 A supportive sports bra

A sanitary towel whilst we work on strengthening that pelvic floor, and if you want extra protection period pants are a very good alternative or extra

Our classes are fun, friendly and supportive and we want you to feel comfortable the whole time your with us

TASTER SESSIONS

We’re sooo excited to announce that our Rebound Fit St Neots Taster Sessions on Monday 25th March can be booked NOW!!!

Our classes will be held at Priory Junior School, Longsands Road, St Neots. Our Taster Sessions will give you a snippet of what to expect in our full classes. Don’t worry if you can’t get to a taster session, you can still join us the next week for full classes.

Rebound Fit St Neots is coming back!! So it’s time to dust those trainers off, grab those workout outfits and get ready to start bouncing with us again!!!

We’ve got the amazing who’s going to be teaching you all and making you feel AMAZING again.

We’re just confirming timings with the hall so keep your eyes peeled and get ready to go!!
