A high-intensity fusion of classical Pilates and dynamic movement. Using weights, resistance bands, and props, this energising class will sculpt, tone, and challenge your entire body. Perfect for those looking to turn up the heat and leave glowing.

🤍 Mat Pilates
The foundation of Pilates. Focus on posture, stability, controlled movement, and full-body strength while deepening your mind-body connection. Leave feeling stronger, more balanced, and refreshed.

🎵 Barre Pilates
A fun, music-led fusion of Barre and Pilates. Expect flowing movement, high energy, and a beautiful full-body burn. Optional props can be used to increase intensity and challenge.

Join Dee for an evening of gentle somatic movement, conscious connected breathwork, and deep relaxation.

We’ll begin with grounding movement to help you settle into the space before being guided through a transformative breathwork journey using deep cyclical breathing techniques. This practice can help release tension, calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create space for deeper self-connection.

The session will close with a restorative relaxation, allowing time to integrate the experience and leave feeling grounded, balanced, and renewed.

Dee is a Breathwork Facilitator and Sacred Space Holder who offers a compassionate and supportive environment for you to explore your inner landscape and reconnect with yourself.

No previous experience is necessary. ✨

Join us at Intu Studio to celebrate Global Wellness Day 🥗☀️🧘🏼‍♀️

We’re very lucky to have offering a free talk on:

“Mindful Nutrition in a World of Wellness Myths”

Nutrition can be a powerful and natural tool in the role of preventative health,in a world surrounded by social media, advertising, and ‘everyone’s an expert’
it can be difficult and confusing to understand what to eat and which supplements we should be taking.

Throw in the mix a busy lifestyle and supermarket shelves stacked with processed food,convenience food and food all ready to go, choices and availability have never been easier for us.

But what are the facts in the world of wellness myths?
Catherine Smith is a Naturopathic Nutritionist and is joining us on Global Wellness Day with a 45-minute session digging into the world of wellness myths and helping to cut through some of the noise with evidence-based nutrition and will be addressing:

Common myths around calories in and calories out; what really drives energy, weight and long-term health?

The foundations of eating to improve your health with a focus on gut, hormones and brain health.

Top tips on supplements and what to look out for and what to avoid?

Catherine will be available for any questions at the end of the talk. We would recommend to Book your place now, as places are limited.

This is an informal chat , a chance to help without pressure ~ the talk will be held at 11:45am just after our Saturday Vinyasa class ~ this is FREE & you don’t have to be attending the class to join.

New to yoga or Pilates?

Thursday evenings at  are the perfect place to begin.

Whether you’re completely new, feeling a little nervous, or returning to mat-based movement after some time away, our beginner-friendly classes are designed to help you feel comfortable, supported, and confident at your own pace. 🤍

🧘‍♀️ Yoga for Beginners & Returners — 6:00pm
✨ Gentle movement, stretching & grounding flow with the wonderful . This is a fabulous stepping stone for her ‘All-levels’ Vinyasa flow classes held on Mondays/ Thursdays & Saturdays.

🖤 Pilates for Beginners — 7:15pm
✨ Build strength, stability & confidence from the foundations up. Hosted by ~ who is very passionate about helping people feel strong and supported in their body. His classes are challenging, giving space for you to work to your limits, with no pressure, just encouragement.

No experience needed. Just a welcoming space to move, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. These classes are also great if you are experienced but are on a rest week or just fancy slowing things down 🫶🏻
