Onto this page I am forwarding talks and posts that I have found to be inspiring and helpful. Branching Out came about as a result of meeting too many people who just could not see what their gifts were - or what made them so interesting. The interview process provides the spring board to embracing who we really are as well as putting in the time to understand how we can best contribute within the

🌳🌳🌳 One of the missions that I have through coaching is to give the people that I work with the courage and confidence to accomplish those things that really do matter to them. It is important to me that clients feel heard, uplifted and inspired because they matter, as do their ambitions.

I loved the talk that gave last night. Ideas to nudge our well being because we CAN age with strength, greater vitality and confidence. As the founder of Branching Out this message is vital because I want to be working and want to love life for years to come!

Yes - exams are challenging and demanding AND with helpful thinking and a mindset that is open to you learning effectively - I know that you are so capable. I hope that YOU know that about yourself too. May this upcoming couple of months of intense learning, absorbing and teaching be rewarding and exciting. learning

🌳🌳🌳 talks about Identity Foreclosure. Is there a story that you have been telling yourself about who you are and what you are ‘allowed’ to want? We can close ourselves down to what we think we are capable of based on what the ‘world’ told us. We become labeled, and we label ourselves.
The truth however is that we are much more than those labels! If all of those labels and limiting beliefs vanished, if you allowed yourself to fully branch out, what would you love to accomplish? If you allowed yourself to allow your dreams … what then? your potential
