We had a beautiful cosy evening up at Leweston School yesterday.

🧘‍♀️ We started with a mat Pilates session, slow and steady with a big dollop of mindfullness & mobility

🧴 We then huddled ‘round to chat about all things skincare & supplementation with the brilliant Aimee A D Aesthetics Pharmacist Ltd

🛍️ And left with good bags with some skincare to try @ home

Thanks so much for a lovely Friday evening ladies, I really enjoyed spending it with you and I’m inspired to ‘crack on’ building more and more events and experiences beyond the studio!

Fri 28th August | 6pm

Join us for an evening of wellbeing in Sherborne.

Enjoy a gentle and restorative 45minute Pilates-based movement session with Sarah from Kore Pilates, followed by an informative talk on supplements and skin health by specialist aesthetics pharmacist Aimee.

Spend an enjoyable and relaxed evening with us and leave feeling restored & inspired (and with a gift-bag in hand!)

Spaces are limited to only 18, so book early to avoid disappointment
