🧦 grippy socks help with (obviously…) grip and give that sense of security when feet are on the footbar, reformer carriage or even standing on the floor for 1 leg standing series.

🧦It’s common studio practice to wear your Pilates grip socks for stability, safety and hygiene

🧦 please remember to bring yours from home, or grab some whilst they’re re-stocked in the studio

JP was born on this day in 1883. I often wonder what he’d make of where his creation has got to these days!
