No client testimonials this week.....

Instead, a quick screen print of WhatsApp conversation with our incredible member, Deborah.

Our coaching programs are not just in person when you see us in your 1;1 sessions, nor are they just online.

Instead, we support our clients whenever they need it and in this with Deborah when she did not expect it.

I was doing my own yoga practice in a corner of our "gym" while she was doing her own program training on her own as we encourage all our clients to do

But I thought later that evening that I would send her a quick WhatsApp to tell her how well she was doing.

Hopefully, her response shows that our support and coaching are exactly what Deborah wants and needs as well.

There is so much more to cosching than just being a gym instructor.
