One of the highlights of our year returns on Thursday 17th September ✨

Get ready to light up the lake for a magical swim in the dark — and make sure you GLOW! We’ll have prizes for our glowiest swimmers, so the brighter the better! 🌈💡

NEW NEW NEW - improve your core strength, flexibility and mental state by joining Natalie at 7pm this Thursday (and every Thursday) under our stretch marquee at Oak Ash Lake after your swim. It is the perfect way to end your day and whether or not you are a swimmer you are welcome to come along and enjoy Pilates by the lake.

We are excited to announce our sister lake's open day on Sunday 19th July from 12-4pm. The open day gives everybody a chance to come along t see how beautiful the site looks now. Focusing on wellness the site has a number of spaces that are set amongst nature, that lend themselves to classes or workshops therefore the team are actively looking for like minded people to start to use Oak Ash Lake as a place where people can focus on themselves

There will be Yoga, Pilates and Somatic therapy taster classes on the day alongside talks from wellness professionals.

The team are keen to build the site into a place for practical workshops that support wellness and mindfulness such as art therapy classes or other hands on workshops. If you are interested in showcasing your workshops, your products or skills please get in touch with the team via email [email protected],.uk.

A beautiful summer evening, some incredibly close racing across all distances, and a brilliant atmosphere throughout. Competitive but fun – just how we like it.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us and made the first race of the season such a success.

The next race takes place on Thursday 23rd July and bookings are now live. We can't wait to see you back on the start line! 🌊
