47 juniors, 12 spots, and one unforgettable day at Sunbury
We had a fantastic day on Saturday hosting the Faldo Futures Qualifier at Sunbury Golf Club.
47 juniors teed it up across three age categories, all competing for just 12 spots to progress to the next stage. The standard of play was incredibly high, and the level of sportsmanship on show made it a brilliant day for everyone involved.
A huge thank you to Callum and the entire Sunbury team for preparing the course so well and running the day seamlessly. Hosting a qualifier of this size at a centre as busy as Sunbury is no small task, and their continued support of junior golf continues to be second to none!
Well done to all the juniors who competed, especially the Sunbury players who represented their club with pride. A special congratulations to Henry Bucys, who qualified with a superb gross +4 (37). An excellent round under pressure!
