CFW Self Defence for Women With over 17 years experience in Martial Arts (and more being a Woman), I have created these classes FAQ's

- What happens during the class?

My methods include fitness and martial arts approaches, helping you build strength and learn practical, fast and easily applicable forms of self-defence tailored to women and girls.

- How much is the class?
1 Session - £9 (Pay as you go)
4 Sessions - £30 (£7.50 per class)
Payments can be made via Cash or Card

- What do I wear? Anything comfortable with flat shoes, e.g. Gym wear and trainers.

We would advise against items such as loose jewellery.

- Is there parking at the location? Yes there is free parking available on site
